Agbazuere Installed As Abia Printers Patron, Receives "Most Friendly Chief of Staff" Award

The Chief of Staff to the Governor, Dr. A.C.B Agbazuere on Thursday received an award as the Most Friendly Chief of Staff by the Umuahia Branch of the Abia Printers Association.

Speaking shortly after receiving the award in his office at government house Umuahia, Dr. Agbazuere commended the members of the Association for their immense contributions to the upliftment of the state education sector and the economy at large adding that their role in nation-building cannot be overemphasized.

The Chief of Staff appreciated the group for coming to felicitate with him on his appointment as the Chief of Staff to the Governor, and for installing him as the Patron of their Association.

He assured them that Governor Ikpeazu will continue to run an all-inclusive and promised to be interfacing with them regularly.

Earlier in his speech, the President of the  Association, Mr. Peter Ogbonna commended the State Governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu on his landmark victory at the apex court and for appointing their member and former publisher of the Comrades, Demo Guide and Diamond Newspapers, Dr. A.C.B Agbazuere as his Chief of Staff.

Describing the Chief of State as a visionary leader, an astute administrator and legal icon, secretary of the Association, Ichie Igbokwe, solicited for the assistance of the state government in facilitating award of printing and other contracts to their members, a land to build their permanent secretariat, political appointment of their members, a bus, among others, to enable them to perform optimally.
