Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Tenders Apology to IPOB and Southeast Governors, seek Return of dreaded Bakassi Boys as Southeast Regional Security Outfit with a renamed Code" from OGBUNIGWE to OTAWIKE"

(1) Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Council Worldwide Sue for Peace talk amongst all  warring parties and stakeholders in Igbo land, with a clear mandate to Unite every stakeholder towards maximum Security and the protection of South East in the face of insecurity challenges emanating from the neferious activities of Herdsmen,Armed Robbers,Kidnappers and other social vices that had thrive nowadays based on the ongoing division amongst warring parties and stakeholders in the South East,We had witnessed continuous verbal disagreement between Southeast Governors, political leaders, and Ipob members, which had affected adversely the political fortunes and Unity, and portrayed Igbo Nation as not United in pursuit of our  Collective interests, Based on the missing link that was created in the absence of Our Departed Supreme leaders, Dim Chukwuemeka Odimegwu Ojukwu,Dr Alex Ekwueme and HRM Eze Ezebuilo Ozobu,OYC calls for a truce amongst warring parties and stakeholders, as we had initiated appropriate steps and lasting measures to ensure that peace returns to Igbo land by openly tendering apology to Ipob for all the perceived injustices melted on them by other Stakeholders and also Our Apologies to the South East Governors for the abusive Words they had received in the course to reposition Igbos from other stakeholders,as OYC had the mandate of Some Eminent Igbo personalities and Igbo Youths to tender Unreserved Apologies to all Warring parties and stakeholders, and interface with all, Considering  with Substantial evidence that Igbo External Detractors had sponsored division amongst warring parties and are fueling crisis with the evil intent to continuous wreak havoc on the Unity of igbos having lost out in the scheme of things at the Executive,Legislative and Judicial arms of Government,OYC seek for Peace, harmony towards restoration of the resilient vigour of Igbo nation.

(2) OYC seek the return of proscribed Bakassi Vigilant groups or seek the partnership between Southeast Governors and Ipob,Massob for a Regional Security outfit for the South East, and after proper verification and Consultative meetings, OYC renames the Proposed Regional Security outfit " from Ogbunigwe to Otawike" as a well-accepted code, which will be a nonbearing Arms and intelligent gathering outfit for the territorial protection of South East from incessant crime committed through our porous boundaries with Middlebelt and North Central States, Outrightly "Otawike" will be formed from hunters, and other stakeholders.

(3) Amotekun and Otawike Offers a lasting measures and solutions for peace to return to the South West and East, as there are already Such Outfit in the North, the Civilian JTF and Sharia Police, We Support any informal meeting between the Attorney General of Nigeria with All the Southern  Governors on the proposal for Regional Security outfits to complement efforts of the federal security agents to arrest Insecurity challenges in the South and anyone else fighting against Regional Security outfits in the South, are proponents and beneficiaries of insecurity challenges facing Nigeria and should be arrested for such stance, or rather The Attorney General of Nigeria should suspend the Northern Security Outfit, Civil JTF and Sharia Police in the North.
