Dr. A. C. B. Agbazuere has commended Prof. G.O.C Okenwa, Think-Big Institute for coming to invest in his hometown.
He described the act as a catalyst for speedy development in the state.
Dr. Agbazuere who is the Chief of Staff to the Governor of Abia State, made the commendation on Friday at the Think-Big Institute, Ndagbo Isiama Afaraukwu in Umuahia North Local Government Area while being conducted round the facilities in the institute by the founder.
He called on other well-meaning Abians in and outside the State to come up with ideas and innovations that will help in the overall development of the state.
Expressing delight over Prof. Okenwa's choice of investing in the educational sector as well as complimenting Governor Okezie Ikpeazu's efforts at uplifting the educational standard in the state, the Chief of Staff disclosed that the institute will go a long way in boosting economic activities in the area and state at large.
Earlier in his welcome address, the founder of Think-Big Institute, Prof. G.O.C Okenwa while praised Governor Okezie Ikpeazu for his numerous developmental strides across the state.
He disclosed that his institute which is affiliated to Gregory University Uturu is committed to generating, dissemination and preserving knowledge as well as providing students with an education that combines rigorous study.
Prof. Okenwa stated that the institute is driven by a shared purpose to make the country and the world at large a better place through the provision of quality education, research, and innovations.
Also speaking, the youth president of Ndagbo Isiama Afaraukwu Ibeku, Mr. Chukwuemeka Obi appreciated Prof. G.O.C Okenwa for his numerous philanthropic gestures and prayed God to continue to bless him.
The event featured the lighting of solar street lights installed by Prof. Okenwa by the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Dr. A.C.B Agbazuere.
