The leadership ingenuity, infrastructural wonders, and managerial dexterity of Abia State Governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu, has effectively ranked him amongst the greatest historical leaders via infrastructure. In such ranking, the Abia Governor has come to top great leaders such as Augustus Caesar, Alexander the Great, and Louis XIV of France.

It was under such circumstances that Dr. Okezie received a divine mandate to deliver Abia and Aba in particular. The spirit of the Lord came mightily upon him to lead Abia State. In the times of old, the same spirit came upon Moses and he challenged Pharaoh, wrought miracles, and led the children of Israel through the Red Sea on dry ground. It was that same spirit, the Holy Spirit, that gave Joshua a divine mandate to lead the Israelites to the land of Canaan. And when that spirit came upon David son of Jesse, he began to dance. He danced and danced and danced Goliath to defeat, and Israel to prosperity, peace, and the pinnacle of historic excellence.
A critical look at what Gov. Okezie Ikpeazu Ph.D. has done in Abia within the last few years easily makes him a modern-day Moses, Joshua, and David rolled in one.
Burdened by the Egypt of underdevelopment and unprecedented hardship in pre-Okezie's Abia State, Victor like Moses understood that it was important that he led Abia out of that Egypt into the promised land of infrastructural, social, and human ultra development. Not only did Okezie take on this task, but he also accomplished it with aplomb and has today given a scepter of greatness and all-round development to Abia state.

Okezie, like a Moses, took Abia out of Egypt, and as a Joshua, he brought Abia to the promised land of infrastructural, socio-economic, human, and political ultra development.
From the ashes, Okezie Ikpeazu Ph.D. rose a Phoenix. The quintessential survivalist story of the Israelites who moved from slavery in Egypt to become lords in Canaan is today the quintessential survivalist story of Abia State which from nothing became everything and more thanks to the divine mandate leadership of Dr. Victor Okezie Ikpeazu. A loathed stone, now the chief cornerstone.
Governor Ikpeazu has also established himself as a replica of God's servant. In the Bible, David won the heart of God by serving God. Not only has Okezie served God wholeheartedly, but he has also led others to the service of God. And where David built the City of Jerusalem, Governor Ikpeazu has not only built the City of Aba but all of Abia State. He's Doting all parts of Abia today with concrete roads, each five inches thick.
The Goliath of backwardness that once characterized Aba and Abia state has now been defeated by the Victor of our time.
