The last may not have been heard of a property grabbing scandal involving the former Governor of Abia State, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu who is also standing a fraud trial against EFCC for allegedly laundering #7.2billion belonging to Abia State.
This time, what has been described by majority of Abians as wicked and heartless was melted on Mrs kate Onwuhara who had lost her husband years ago.
Our investigation revealed that OUK has tried by all means possible to snatch a hotel property(Cika Hilton at umuagu umuahia north, few poles after state CID ) owned by Mrs Onwuhara's late husband even with the help of police contacts. OUK who openly bragged that he can take any property he wishes, is not backing down on his plans to bring hardship upon the widow despite his wealth and riches that cut across the books and crannies of the Country and beyond.
OUK who has deployed every tactics aimed of taking over the ownership of the property, claimed that he had a dealing with the deceased huaband before he died as regards the cika hotel property. Since then, it has been difficult for him to provide any document to back his claim rather, sought to use police intimidation and threat against the widow and his children.
The height of the matter was when OUK suddenly came up with a more severe wicked plan to go beyond snatching the hotel property to now attempt to snatch the residential house close to the hotel, which has a different C of O from the property in dispute. The two different properties is demarcated by a fence. What onlookers are asking, how can OUK with just little recognition from APC federal government is trying to deal with same people he is campaigning to protect.
Sometime in November , the building was sealed with a fake authorization papers from the courts, OUK went ahead to use the same seal meant for the property in dispute to also seal the neighboring residential building which is not part of the property in dispute. Pure wickedness.
On the 31st DEC 2018, she was summoned by the police & as a law abiding citizen she obliged. While with the police, to the surprise of everyone she received a call that OUK & his cohorts have gained entrance into the residence , dismantled her roof, broke her gate & stole her valuable items. She was held hostage by the police while the thugs destroyed her property. This is the height of OUK's wickedness though it is not surprising to many who have come up to give account of OUK's wickedness against them during his time as a Governor of Abia.
On the 2nd of January 2019, she was arraigned in court, & it was found out that OUK & his cohorts were operating with fraudulently procured documents. From the sealing of the her residence to the damage of the property all were fake.
All she is asking is for OUK to stop dragging her residence into the dispute with the hotel. While they wait for the courts to resolve the hotel dispute. Her residence has nothing to do with the hotel,the both have different C of O's.
This goes to show the level of wickedness in OUK for attempting to snatch a widows home all because her husband is dead & she might not be strong enough to do battle with him.
OUK has capitalized on the demise of her husband to steal a widows property.
