This write-up is anchored on fact, taking congnisance of what Isiala Ngwa North/South Federal Constituency stand to gain if Chief Dr A.C.B Agbazuere is given the latitude by the People's Democratic Party PDP to use their platform to represent his people in the green chambers.
What could be the yardstick for entrusting people with public offices if not to carry the burden of the people on their shoulders? What else could be the reason if not to defend the voiceless who suffer all kinds of subjugation as a result of bad representation. Indeed allowing someone who will always respond to the yearnings and aspirations of the people is sacrosanct to giving it to someone who cannot carve a niche for the vulnerable in his constituency.
Chief Dr A.C.B Agbazuere is not a voice to be silenced. He has proved over time to be a force to reckon with in Abia State and beyond when issues that bother on the defenceless crop up. As a legal luminary, his defence of the voiceless in different fora has won him accolades.
Going by the above, why would anyone argue blindly that this intellectual, dogged, fearless, astute politician will not surpass the standards if there are any set by previous representatives from Isiala Ngwa North/South Federal Constituency at the green chambers? It would be too assumptious to think in that direction. The truth is that the body carriage and charisma of this quintessential per exellence when addressing mammoth crowd gives PDP and indeed the entire Isiala Ngwa North/South people a birds-eye-view of what his representation at the green chambers will bring for his constituents as well as his party.
Some are guided by the desire to represent the people just for fame while some are led by the desire to sit and sleep at the green chambers without making useful input. In Chief Dr A.C.B Agbazuere, I see a man who is guided by the desire to defend the voiceless, bring back home that which belongs to them as well as initiate human faced bills and motions. What else could be the essence of representation if not to defend your people on such a platform where the creme de la creme from different geopolitical zones of the country are assembled?
Indeed without concluding in an hurry, Chief Dr A. C. B Agbazuere looking at his wealth of experience and exposure in governance and other facets of human endeavour, is a better candidate than others vying for the same post. Isiala Ngwa North/South people deserve nothing less than an academia, dogged, fearless and astute politician who will expressly highlight their problems painstakingly in the green chambers.
