This is absolutely 11 years as a lawmaker but nothing good or laudable to show for it.
He has forgotten in totality that leadership is about turning visions into reality. The good people of Isiala Ngwa North/South constituency would be less condemned of being vision-less prior to 2015 general election in the country, when they unanimously supported and sent him to NASS to represent them, thereby rewarding them of their trust and support with human capital development projects and other good dividends of democracy, until now he has shocked them with his mediocrity experience and ill perception of leadership, which are tantamount to his fake campaign promises back in 2015.
Darloo, like other lawmkers goes home with N7.6M as running cost, N660,000 as salary every month and N289.1M for the past 35 months as a lawmaker at the green chamber
Even without being told by any prophet or suite sayer, I know that he would going to fail, using his 8 years in the "Abia State House of Assembly" as a typical example, where he failed to deliver the people of Isiala Ngwa South with even an electric pole as project, which was and still enough to draw a premise that he lacks the qualities required of a good leader, who could be trusted.
To prove me and my assertions right that he is a mediocre in the field of leadership, he has gone ahead to attract no project in the constituency of Isiala Ngwa North/South after 36 months as a lawmaker at the green chambers of NASS, Abuja.
Though, there are still some folks of his, who are supporting and cheering him up to run again in the 2019 general election, but Hon. Darlington has failed to understand that those folks of his, are using his absence on social media to mis-advise him in order to get him humiliated at the polls in 2019.
As it has been said by his people that he is a mediocre in modern day leadership ideologies, his scorecard also buttresses that.
Taking Honourable Uko Nkole as a case study on this, the member representing Arochukwu/Ohafia federal constituency, a legislator elected same day as Hon. Darlington. Hon. Nkole hasn't shied away in the things that would bring development in the constituency he is representing; viz:

Organised an Entrepreneurship Development Training for his constituency.
Equip some skill acquisition centres and individuals with sewing machines
Donated bus to National Union of Road Transport, Ohafia, Abam Council of Ndi Eze Ogo and vehicles to individuals, PDP Abia State Leaders etc.
Why has Hon. Darlington decided to lampoon the constituents of his constituency with his queer & unfruitful representation?
It is well understood that he is no longer the people's choice, as he has nothing to offer in today's leadership ideology.
He has so far sown the wind and it is obvious that the whirlwind, he will harvest.
Going forward, I shall expose the almost 8years ineptitude representation of Hon. Darlington Nwokocha
